The role emphasizes analyzing turbine shutdowns, leading initiatives for reliability and performance, and aligning contractual and operational goals with internal stakeholders.

Competenze

• 6-10 years of experience supporting technical operations in industrial environments.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including technical teams, operations and management.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Experience with technical monitoring tools and case management processes.
• Structured and proactive approach to managing priorities in dynamic operational environments.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement in daily operations.

• Coordinate and manage the technical escalation process, ensuring timely response to incidents, alarms, and operational disruptions.
• Promote a strong focus on safety while supporting productive and reliable wind farm operations.
• Analyze wind turbine shutdowns, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.
