Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. is expanding its Amazon Logistics team in Toluca. We are seeking a Yard Marshall to lead cross‑team communication, plan safe yard operations, and drive on‑time trailer dispatch while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years in WHS or environmental programs, proficiency with MS Office, and fluent English. This on-site position offers growth within a dynamic logistics environment in Toluca, Mexico.

Formación

• 3+ years in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; pivot tables and charts/graphics.
• Speak, write, read fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Create a strategic dock plan for arrival and placement of trailers and contingencies.
• Coordinate with operations and service providers to ensure smooth traffic flow and on-time dispatch.
• Enforce safety measures at docks, trailers, and delivery vehicles.
• Coordinate daily with station managers and carriers to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Maintain knowledge of trailer appointments and communicate releases and updates.
• Audit yard accuracy and maintain trailer yard integrity daily.
• Perform Trailer Dock Release (TDR) and follow safety processes.
• Assist in unloading trailers as needed.
• Consolidate data to determine daily trailer pool requirements and generate reports.
• Escalate issues via case systems and troubleshoot shipping problems.
• Interface with WMS and log trailer moves in Yard Management System.
• Stand/walk for long shifts and handle physical tasks in variable temperatures.
