SCOPE OF THE JOB:
We’re growing rapidly and seeking an energetic, dynamic Wholesale Sales Manager to drive retail growth by managing existing accounts and launching new partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with our founders and operations team to develop and execute sales strategies that increase revenue. The ideal candidate has experience in beauty or CPG sales, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to contribute to our mission and growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Develop and implement the retail strategy for the wholesale division
  • Manage and support third-party sales reps & agencies; onboard new reps/agencies to expand distribution
  • Optimize and promote our Faire.com presence—store layout, merchandising, and promotional activities
  • Research and pitch new key accounts to grow retail partnerships
  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, supporting them with promotions, product knowledge, and partnership opportunities
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to inform strategy
  • Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment compliance
  • Maintain and update the wholesale catalog and pricing sheets in collaboration with design and creative teams
  • Work with external vendors (e.g., print shops, display manufacturers) to keep sales collateral and displays stocked
  • 5+ years of experience in retail or wholesale sales, preferably in beauty or CPG industries
  • Proven success in growing sales and managing retail account strategies
  • Experience with large retail accounts (25+ store locations) is a strong plus
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with storytelling talent
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Familiarity with Faire.com platform is highly advantageous
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to execution and problem-solving
