Amazon’s Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a Business Management Specialist to join the WFS team to support Latin America. In this multi-purpose role, the ideal candidate will possess both an optimization background that enables them to manage quantitative planning and a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically about customer service initiatives and risk mitigation. They will experience a wide range of problem-solving situations, strategic to real-time, requiring extensive use of data collection and analysis to make recommendations and decisions in support of Amazon operation's high volume hiring.
A successful candidate will have good project management skills with the ability to conduct in-depth analyses, think big and identify game-changing opportunities. In addition, you will be expected to deliver solutions and programs that are technology-based, highly scalable, secure, and flexible - all while maintaining customer and business partner focus. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, define, and specify solutions meeting our customers’ needs. The individual will have targets on process standardization, automation, and business metrics. Will engage with multiple teams and build customer confidence through quality delivery, robust processes, and sound reporting metrics.
