A shared service center in Tijuana is looking for a WFH Local Only Accounting Clerk. The role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities include maintaining accounts and fostering client relationships. Important:
This is a home-office position; however, training is conducted on-site, and you must continue residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate afterward. We do not cover relocation expenses.
A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position.

Work Schedule
This role requires full availability for a fixed graveyard shift (typically between 8 PM and 6 AM).
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Maintain and update commercial lines for all accounts, applying strong knowledge of the insurance industry and policy lifecycle.
Foster positive client relationships through real-time communication and direct client interaction when needed.
Ensure service quality and account accuracy to meet performance goals and client expectations.
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency: English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in administrative, back office, or similar roles (call center experience is a plus).
Computer skills: Comfortable using office software; proficiency in Excel is desirable.
Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organization.
