Forvia seeks a Process Specialist to drive process development and standardization across plant and programs. You will validate product innovations, deploy process standards, and support programs, plants and suppliers with process issues.

The role emphasizes maintaining tooling and equipment databases, continuous improvement, and collaboration with production teams to ensure robust manufacturing processes. A background in industrial or manufacturing engineering is required.

Formación

• Diploma/ degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Support processes development and improvement, and validate product innovations.
• Ensure development and deployment of process standards, design checklist and guidelines, best practices.
• Support programs, plants and suppliers for process issues.
• Maintain a tooling and equipment database.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tooling and equipment.
• Assist production or parts suppliers to solve problems related to the field of expertise.
• Analyze, validate and implement process modifications; maintain local tooling/equipment database for capacity management.
• Provide feedback on status and plant recommendations for process issues; assist tooling follow-up and start-up.
• Ensure application of process standards and identify best practices within the network.

Educación

Diploma/ degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering
