FORVIA is seeking a Process Specialist to drive process development and continuous improvement across plants and suppliers. You will validate product innovations, deploy process standards, and maintain a comprehensive tooling/equipment database to support capacity and production efficiency.

You will collaborate with programs and suppliers to address process-related issues, manage engineering changes, and ensure adherence to best practices while contributing to FORVIA's global excellence in

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering.
2+ years in the automotive industry.

Responsabilités

Support processes development and improvement, and validate product innovations.
Ensure development and deployment of process standards, design checklist and guidelines, best practices.
Support programs, plants and suppliers for process issues.
Maintain a tooling and equipment database.
Continuous improvement of processes, tooling and equipment.
Troubleshooting: assist production or parts suppliers to solve problems in their field.
Maintenance of series production: manage engineering changes and tool/equipment databases to support capacity.
Participate in tooling and equipment feedback, validation and start-up.
Ensure application of process standards and identify best practices for the network.
