Job summary

Wipro Limited in Mexico City is seeking a Middleware Administrator to provide end-to-end management of middleware platforms that support enterprise applications and services. You will install, configure, and maintain a suite of middleware products, ensure SSO and SSL configurations, monitor systems, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience administering WebSphere and middleware platforms.
• Experience with L2/L3 incident resolution and operational support.
• Ability to configure SSO, SSL certificates, and identity integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administration, support, and operational management of middleware platforms supporting business applications and enterprise services.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support middleware platforms including IBM WebSphere ND, WebLogic, WebSphere Liberty, Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat, NGINX, JBoss, JBPM, and GemFire.
• Provision, configure, and maintain web servers, application servers, middleware clusters, and associated runtime environments.
• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), SSL certificates, authentication services, and identity integrations.
• Support F5 BIG-IP, load balancing, DNS, firewall connectivity, and application traffic routing requirements.
• Configure and maintain application monitoring and observability tooling including AppDynamics and enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Support database connectivity, messaging integrations, and application onboarding activities.
• Implement middleware security controls, CyberArk integration, and compliance-related configurations.
• Support infrastructure build activities, environment provisioning, migrations, upgrades, patching, and production deployments.
• Provide L2/L3 operational support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Coordinate with application, network, storage, database, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to support project delivery and ongoing operations.
