Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in media, entertainment, or streaming.
  • Technical knowledge of websites, mobile apps, cookies, and SDK functionality.

We are looking for a Privacy Analyst to join our Privacy Service Center and support privacy technology implementations across WBD’s digital platforms. In this role, you will troubleshoot technical privacy issues, manage configurations in OneTrust, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Troubleshooting & Support
  • Diagnose and resolve cookie consent implementation issues across websites, mobile, and CTV apps.
  • Triage and escalate issues to OneTrust vendor support as needed.
  • Assist teams with privacy tech configuration and setup inquiries via email and Slack.
User Access Management
  • Handle user provisioning requests following established processes.
  • Manage and resolve incoming tickets for access requests in a timely manner.
OneTrust Configuration & Maintenance
  • Configure, update, and maintain OneTrust modules, including:
    • Cookie Consent
    • Privacy Rights Automation
    • Data Mapping Automation
    • Policy & Notice Management
    • PIA & DPIA Automation
  • Implement geolocation rules and customize templates based on legal requirements.
  • Update policy pages, intake web forms, and reporting templates.
  • Conduct QA testing on configurations and raise bugs when necessary.
Enterprise Support & Implementation
  • Act as a key contact for brand, development, and legal teams regarding Cookie Consent setup.
  • Provide guidance on blocking cookies, tracking technologies, and SDKs.
  • Assist in the configuration and privacy scanning of new digital assets (websites & apps).
  • Perform bulk uploads of assessments and vendors into OneTrust when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience (media, entertainment, or streaming industry experience is a plus).
  • Technical knowledge of websites, mobile apps, cookies, and SDK functionality.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in business English.
  • Interest in privacy regulations and willingness to dive into privacy-related challenges.
Preferred Skills:
  • OneTrust expertise (Cookie Module & other modules).
  • Experience with website development and mobile testing (Android Studio).
  • Knowledge of API/Postman for testing.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
