HSBC's Global Service Center (GSC) is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Web Production Officer.

Role Purpose

The Web Production Services team provides content management within Digital Production Services. This department supports HSBC's digital messaging through websites and intranets, ensuring effective communication for the Group's businesses and functions.

The Web Production Officer (WPO) is responsible for producing web pages and components, maintaining assets like videos, documents, and texts using HSBC's content management systems. The role involves updating and publishing content, adhering to quality standards and website guidelines, and implementing industry best practices. The WPO reports to the Web Production Manager and Marketing Technology Manager, working under their guidance to deliver high-quality outputs aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce web pages and maintain websites using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Manage projects and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Follow department protocols, including approvals and risk assessments, and contribute to control processes.
• Implement web content management best practices, including housekeeping and maintenance.
• Apply metadata, keywords, and tags for SEO and analytics purposes.
• Ensure high-quality work by reviewing outputs against requirements and standards.
• Maintain an organized online filing system for all work produced.
