The ideal candidate is a highly technical problem-solver dedicated to building secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. In the Financial Services sector, you will be responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that prioritize data integrity and regulatory compliance. You will work to make our financial platforms better, faster, and more robust for both our internal teams and our clients.

Responsibilities

• Technical Authority: Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce, ensuring that all custom developments align with the overall business strategy and financial security standards.
• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), adhering to strict coding standards to handle sensitive financial data.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security models (including Shield and Platform Encryption) to ensure 100% compliance with financial regulations and banking laws.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Risk, Legal, and Product teams to gather requirements and communicate technical priorities and constraints effectively.
• Secure Integrations: Build and manage secure REST/SOAP integrations between Salesforce and core banking systems or third-party financial APIs.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze system metrics to optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and manage large data volumes (LDV) without compromising system stability.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: * 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level solutions within the Financial or Banking sector.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Shield and security best practices for financial environments.
• Strong experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is a significant plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical risks and architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Methodology: Proven experience working in Scrum or Agile environments.
