Web Platform Specialist - AEM Support Associate Consultant

Infosys is seeking Workplace Web Platform Specialists:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive individual with over 5 years of application support experience in web platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise working in Linux environments, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting various web platforms vital to business operations. Good verbal and written communication skills, technical writing abilities, monitoring experience, and comfort working in a geographically diverse environment are essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing escalated technical support for web platform applications, diagnosing and resolving complex issues through in-depth analysis, and escalating unresolved issues with detailed documentation.
  • Performing system monitoring, maintenance, and optimization to ensure platform stability and performance, addressing performance bottlenecks, bugs, and errors.
  • Assisting in deployment, configuration, and updates of applications on the web platform.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation such as troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Managing incidents and communicating effectively with users, application owners, and stakeholders.
  • Conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommending preventive measures.
  • Analyzing failure patterns to advise on permanent fixes, enhancing infrastructure stability and performance.
  • Automating failure remediation and monitoring system health, focusing on continuous risk and cost measurement.
  • Participating in change management to mitigate risks in the production environment.
  • Building and improving runbooks to reduce operational errors and increase efficiency.
  • Implementing and maintaining disaster recovery strategies.
  • Collaborating with development teams to deploy and maintain applications, including integrating new technologies like AI or cloud-based tools.

Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Full-stack development experience with Java and UI frameworks such as React.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and their integration with applications.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems like Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
  • Ability to analyze system and application logs.
  • Proficiency with Linux OS, commands, utilities, and Configuration Management tools.
  • Strong debugging skills to identify root causes of application issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical and functional issues to teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
