Una destacada farmacéutica busca un gerente de proyectos en Victoria de Durango. El candidato ideal tendrá una licenciatura en áreas como web o mercadotecnia y una sólida experiencia en gestión en agencias de publicidad. Este rol implica coordinar equipos, gestionar múltiples proyectos y asegurar la fluidez en procesos de aprobación, contribuyendo a la innovación en el ámbito farmacéutico.

Formación

• Experiencia de aproximadamente 10-12 años en agencias de publicidad.
• Familiaridad con aprobaciones médicas, legales y regulatorias.
• Experiencia en entornos complejos y matrices.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar proyectos con capacidades fuertes en gestión de tiempo y liderazgo.
• Coordinar equipos e integrar formas con SFMC/bases de datos.
• Mantener comunicación con el equipo de habilitación de entrega para coordinar pasos y riesgos.

About the Role

LI-Hybrid

Location: Mexico

Relocation Support: This role is based in Mexico. Novartis is unable to offer relocation support: please only apply if accessible.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects with strong capabilities in time management, stakeholder management, and leading without authority.
• Understand approval workflows (FUSE, MLR).
• Organize and coordinate teams to incorporate forms, integrating with SFMC/Databases.
• Coordinate with IT, site provisioning, and domain definition.
• Coordinate with CX, domain definition, and records/info for internal registration.
• Have basic knowledge of CMS platforms such as Drupal and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Understand content authoring processes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and lead projects without direct authority.
• Provide strategic insights and creative inspiration without causing delays.
• Review intake forms and provide feedback aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate and review the master timeline created by external agencies and content owners, allocating resources and sharing best practices.
• Work closely with the Program Manager to share backlog requests and communicate bugs promptly.
• Maintain communication with the Delivery Enablement team to coordinate next steps and risks.
• Assist BAs, Content Authors, and Designers in scoping and managing timelines and processes.
• Proactively highlight potential risks and suggest mitigation scenarios.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in web development, computer science, marketing, or related fields; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in Project/Program Management.
• Approximately 10-12 years of experience in advertising agencies.
• Experience working in complex matrix environments.
• Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory approvals.
• Knowledge of US marketing processes.
• Experience with CMS platforms like Drupal and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Understanding of production principles for marketing campaigns, videos, and photoshoots.
• Adaptability to new technologies and trends like Gen AI and Agentic AI is advantageous.
