Grundfos is seeking a strategic Application Leader for Wastewater Collections to guide multi-year strategies, shape the product portfolio, and drive profitable growth across global markets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with sales, enable the field with insights, and sponsor customer-centric development from concept to market launch. Fluent English and strong P&L analytics are essential. This role offers flexible hours and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in application management, business development, or product management.
• Experience in a large manufacturing or infrastructure environment with global/regional business development.
• Experience presenting to executive level management.
• Fluent in English with strong analytical skills including P&L ownership.

Responsabilités

• Develop and coordinate multi-year application strategies aligned with product strategies for Wastewater Collections.
• Initiate and drive customer-centric development projects from concept to market launch.
• Analyze profit pools, market trends, competitive landscape, and customer segments to generate insights.
• Define and manage the Wastewater Collections product portfolio including lifecycle, cost, pricing, and margins.
• Identify growth opportunities across markets and pilot ideas from concept to market launch.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and deliver sprint commitments.
• Coordinate with cross-divisional stakeholders and enable the sales force with tools and insights.
