Responsabilidades

• Coordinate processing of series damage and applicable replacement activities.
• Support in specifying warranty cost demands to minimize financial losses.
• Prepare recognition rates for warranty return based on analyses.
• Monitor development of HELLA recognition rates and renegotiation.
• Identify unjustified charging of costs for warranty return and trace reimbursements.
• Clarify warranty cases caused by suppliers and determine costs.
• Support Purchasing in warranty return cost implementation.
• Monitor and forecast field rejects and detect key faults.
• Ensure data collection in warranty database and use evaluation tools.
• Support in No Trouble Found project implementation.
• Check field rejects returned by customers for analysis.
• Request field rejects from customers as required by warranty process.
