NOV is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk in Veracruz to maintain max/min inventory levels and track receipts and issuances of materials and tools. The role requires coordination with multiple departments to ensure proper storage, verification, and distribution of assets.

Responsibilities include processing receipts, conducting cycle counts, maintaining warehouse order, and ensuring items meet purchase order requirements while complying with Quality and HSE procedures.

Formación

Responsibilities

• Process the receipt and issuance of materials, ensuring that all information is accurately updated in the system..
• Conduct internal physical inventories and participate in cycle counts with internal and external auditors.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned warehouses.
• Verify that materials and equipment are received in optimal condition and in accordance with the purchase order requirements.
• Comply with and follow up on Quality and HSE procedures.
