Job Summary

The (IT) Warehouse Systems Analyst will be based in Flex MX Tijuana. The Warehouse Systems Analyst will report directly to the IT Manager.

Responsible for providing data analysis to support warehouse activities including shipping, receiving raw materials and/or finished goods, and maintaining inventory and associated records.

What a typical day looks like:

• Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics, and charts based on data investigation.
• May assist in preparing recommendations to management based on data analysis.
• Collects, compiles, analyzes, and presents various data types.
• Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts from multiple sources.
• Creates and maintains databases supporting data collection.
• Audits data, tests, and resolves data integrity issues, including quotations.
• Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
• Suggests process or communication improvements related to metric tracking activities.
• Tracks warehouse management performance and initiates corrective actions when necessary.
• Designs, manages, and controls data investigation tools.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the medical industry is preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of MRP systems.
• Basic to mid-level knowledge of processes.
• Programming and database management experience.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, ASPX, Angular, MS Visual Basic, MS SQL, Oracle DB, SSR, and MS Azure.
