Job summary

Flex Ltd in Guadalajara North, Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead materials flow on the production line, ensuring timely supply of kits and components per shift.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will coordinate staff, monitor the production plan, conduct inventories, reconcile records, and safeguard traceability across manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field (supply chain/engineering preferred).
• Advanced English language skills.
• Experience in production or materials planning is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong staff management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply of materials in the production line per shift.
• Coordinate personnel for the correct flow of materials between processes.
• Ensure timely delivery to the warehouse as a finished product.
• Monitor the production plan and inventory levels.
