LEGO Group in Monterrey is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead receiving, storage and shipping operations, ensuring quality and on-time delivery across the supply chain.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering with strong experience in warehouse handling, inventory control and people management, plus proficiency in Excel and SAP. English and Spanish communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering with strong warehouse and people management experience.
• Solid knowledge of logistics operations, transportation and equipment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills; Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP; fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze historical data and manage inventory projects and follow-ups for logistics operations.
• Control and coordinate consumable budgets (e.g., plastic wrap).
• Facilitate lean manufacturing assessments and tools (LCI).
• Create and track purchase orders.
• Prepare and manage documentation for departmental performance meetings (daily/weekly/monthly).
