Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon Endo division in Ciudad Juarez is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor I for a fixed-term 6-month assignment. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, supervision of warehouse and kitting room staff, and strong inventory control knowledge.

You will oversee resources, budget adherence, and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient material flow. The position emphasizes safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in technical, engineering, business administration or logistics.
0-2 years of related Supervisory Experience in Warehouse and Materials Management (Preferred).
Bilingual: English/Spanish.
Analytical thinking, proactively problem solving, continuous improvement focus, customer-focused decision-making, teamwork.
Excellent communication skills to all levels of the organization; strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills: people leadership, persuading and influencing others.
Lean and/or Six Sigma Certification.
Knowledge on ISO Standards and EHS&S safety requirements; experience with inventory controls and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Ensure appropriate resources and equipment to support Warehouse and Kitting Room activities.
Develop and adhere to the financial budget for the area.
Communicate business issues or opportunities to management.
Supervise warehouse and kitting room staff and delegate assignments to ensure workflow.
Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate cycle counts and audits.
Coordinate with manufacturing, planning, and purchasing to ensure material flow and on-time delivery.
