Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico seeks a Line Coordinator I to support the Manufacturing Supervisor by coordinating activities to meet the production schedule. You will ensure continuous supply of components and materials, verify equipment setup, and meet training requirements while upholding Quality System, EHS, and company policies.

You will schedule the production line, optimize resource use, and maintain line flow with proper training records.

Qualifications

• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Excellent communication skills to interface across departments.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Good communication in English desirable.
• Functional knowledge of PC applications (MS Windows, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage resources such as machinery, products, and materials.
• Maintain production outputs and line goals.
• Produce quality products in a timely and efficient manner.
• Schedule the production line based on supply requirements and demand.
• Utilize equipment and material resources to optimize performance.
• Assist the manufacturing supervisor to ensure plans are met.
