Responsibilities:

1. Supervise staff working in Bulk Picking.
2. Avoid unsafe acts performed by staff and visitors in the assigned work area.
3. Fluent in the department's process to ensure adherence and provide answers to employees and outside inquiries.
4. Partner with Assistant Manager and other Supervisors to ensure building awareness of business processes/changes.
5. Develop rapport quickly and maintain good customer relationships both internally and externally by coordinating with all departments involved in the process.
6. Provide support to internal and external customers, including all divisions of our multi-channel business and suppliers.
7. Execute the strategy and direction of the Department.
8. Ensure that all support tasks for the department are completed in a timely manner.
9. Manage employee performance while developing and inspiring the team.
10. Train all employees assigned to the Pick Module Department.
11. Ensure that activities in the department comply with GMP’s.
12. Maintain inventory of picked orders from each production planner.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Distribution and Logistics, including experience in a pick, pack, and ship operation.
2. At least 3 years of Supervisory experience in Picking/Supply & Logistics in high volume Warehouse Operations.
3. Experience managing at least 10 employees in previous jobs.
4. Experience working with MMS in AS400, JDE, and SAP MRP/ERP Systems.
5. Knowledge of Systems, Warehouse Processes, and Health and Safety Procedures.
6. Highly responsible person with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
7. Able to cope under pressure.
8. Ability to develop a strong team and increase employee performance at an operational level.
9. Strong sense of urgency, solution/analytical capacity for problem-solving.
10. Well-developed time-management skills with the ability to multi-task.
11. Active listening skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.
