Faurecia Services Groupe in San Luis Potosí invites a Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor to manage the internal flow of parts from receipt to shipping, ensure on-time customer deliveries and provide material on the production line.

You will work closely with quality, production and engineering to keep operations smooth, lead a small team, and apply logistics tools such as MRP, FIFO and MPM while maintaining visual management and meeting deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Experience in production or logistics in an industrial setting.
• English language required.
• Knowledge of logistics tools and systems: MRP, FIFO, MPM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

You will also work closely with other functions, such as quality, production, and engineering, to ensure the smooth and optimal operation of the plant.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimumeducation level:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering

Professional Experience:

• Experience in production or logistics in an industrial setting
