Warehouse Supervisor

What you’ll do:

Coordinate warehouse personnel to achieve the KPIs of the department, ensuring the correct flow of materials along the supply chain. Develop and implement logistics projects to optimize store operations. Actively participate in department decisions related to PC&L and personnel development. Guarantee timely delivery and accuracy despite supply chain variations. Key responsibilities include:

• Reducing safety incidents and accidents by 50% compared to the previous year.
• Achieving 98% efficiency in receiving, supply, and shipping processes.
• Maintaining 98% inventory accuracy.
• Ensuring 98% on-time delivery of kits.
• Adhering to 98% of the budget.
• Achieving 98% customer satisfaction scores.

Meet KPIs (98%) and support all areas through workshops or suggestions.

What is required:

• Degree in Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, or Administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in personnel management, warehouse operations, and logistics project implementation.
• Experience in the automotive supply chain is preferred.
