Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Site.

Reporting to the Senior Director Materials, the warehouse manager role involves working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of the final product, with zero downtime.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise that deadlines are met.
2. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
3. Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
4. Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary.
5. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
6. Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
7. Certifications in logistics, inventory management, or relevant areas (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional, Lean Six Sigma).

Qualifications:

1. BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
2. Previous years of related experience.
3. Proven work experience or similar role.
4. Experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees.
5. Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
8. Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.
9. Warehousing, Material feed, Supermarket, Return to Stock.
10. Kitting, Shipping, and WIP control.
11. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
