Flex is seeking an Inventory Control Manager in Juarez Sur to support our teams who build great products and contribute to growth. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and material disposition while coordinating with customers, purchasing, project managers, and warehouse teams.

The ideal candidate has advanced English and a bachelor’s degree, with experience in inter-site materials analysis, data assessment, and inventory discrepancy

• Ability to analyze inventory count discrepancies.
• Negotiate sales price and coordinate the sale of excess material.
• Review inventory portion of customer contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction through negotiations of customer expectations and directing staff activities.
• Coordinates with customers, purchasing, project managers, business unit managers and warehouse managers.
• Analyzes data extracted from the MRP system.
• Reviews and establishes the policies and procedures for the site with materials group.
• Designs, develops and enhances metrics for site or corporate requirements.
• Responsible for accurate controls and procedures to properly implement cycle count operations and physical inventories.
• Responsible for disposition of excess and obsolete materials.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Inventory Control Manager located in Juarez Sur. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Inventory Control Manager’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like

• Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction through negotiations of customer expectations and managing and directing staff activities required to meet this expectation.
• Coordinates with customers, purchasing, project managers, business unit managers and warehouse managers.
• Analyzes various data extracted from the MRP system.
• Reviews and establishes the policies and procedures for the site with materials group.
• Designs develop and enhance metrics in response to site or corporate requirements.
• Responsible for accurate controls and procedures to be in place to properly implement cycle count operations and physical inventories.
• Responsible for disposition of excess and obsolete materials.

• May analyze and correct inventory count discrepancies.
• Analyzes excess inventory and negotiate with customers to reduce excess and obsolete material.
