The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in logistics and warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and a focus on cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Formación

  • At least 5 years of experience in distribution and warehouse management.
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a logistics company.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese desired.

  • Manage inventory and logistics processes including supervision of warehouse activities.
  • Coordinate annual physical inventory and ensure timely SAP postings.

Overview

Waters Corporation is seeking a highly skilled in Logistics and warehouse areas, motivated and customer focused professional to join our world-leading Organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes.
  • Supervise the reception, physical control and daily report of the stock via SAP.
  • Supervise and track daily deliverables to the clients (Output) and looking for transportation routes better fit deliverables.
  • Coordinate annual physical inventory of the warehouse, the logistics of proper material handling, storage and transfer and ensure SAP posting on time.
  • Monitor, track and report inventory levels and reconcile inventory variances for monthly close.
  • Attendance of Internal Audit, External Audit and provide the requested information on time.
  • Plan, monitor, and measure progress by establishing standards of performance (KPIs).
  • Ability to identify and achieve opportunities for cost savings.
  • Possess an ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement change to increase efficiency, streamline workflow and controls, and continually identify opportunities for automation.
  • Establish communication with Corporate to ensure full adherence to Waters policies and procedures.

Lead and motivate staff to improve performance and continuously develop professional expertise.

Qualifications

Atleast 5 years of experience on distribution and warehouse (3PL)Complete knowledge of warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures

Experience in a Logistic Company at Supervisory level

Knowledge in NOM Certifications applicable

Experience in project management and Process Improvements

Experience dealing with internal and external auditors with SOX and control matrixes.

Experience in

  • SAP: MM Warehouse Management.
  • CRM tool
  • Analysis for Office
  • Local NOM Certifications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate to team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be a team player and self starter
  • Fluent English (mandatory) / spanish & deseable portugues.
