Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering with 5+ years in warehousing and fluent English. The role focuses on process optimization, staff development, and reliable distribution capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience in receiving, shipping, storage and inventory control.
• 3+ years supervising non-exempt staff.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Oversee warehouse receiving and shipping processes.
• Manage and control inventory with accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor warehouse operational KPIs.

• At least 5 years of experience managing receiving, shipping, and storage activities, along with extensive knowledge of inventory control techniques.
• At least three years of experience supervising non-exempt staff.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop personnel.
• Advanced level of English.
