Vertiv Co is seeking a warehouse leader to oversee operations, ensure certifications, and maintain precise inventory controls. The role emphasizes coaching teams, driving cycle counts, and partnering with business units to improve processes.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in shipping/stockroom settings, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of quality tools. A focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service is essential in this role.

Formación

• Five+ years supervisory shipping/stockroom experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of total quality management and problem solving tools.
• Experience with self-directed work teams and material control.
• CTPAT/HTS knowledge and customs-related processes.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct warehouse operations maintaining C-PAT and other certifications.
• Maintain orderly control of all material within the Warehouse.
• Maintain system transaction level control of all inventory processes.
• Lead a cycle-counting program and drive corrective actions for accuracy.
• Coach teams to maximize productivity, quality and safety.
• Act as a business partner driving process improvement and change initiatives.
