Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Monterrey invites a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to optimize daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping, while leading a team to meet KPIs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse management, hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle or JDE, a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, and strong English skills.

You will drive continuous improvement, training, and development of staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing receiving, shipping, and storage activities.
• At least three years supervising non-exempt staff.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, and JDE in a warehouse environment.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Oversee warehouse receiving and shipping processes.
• Manage and control inventory with accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor warehouse operational KPIs.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, 6S).
