Hitachi Energy is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support efficient warehouse operations in McAllen. You will help design layouts, optimize space, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding lean and safety-focused practices.

The role emphasizes data entry, use of portable scanners, and adherence to inventory controls, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and global standards.

Formación

• Experience in data entry and file management.
• Proficiency with portable scanners.
• Knowledge of inventory counts and SAP system.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and observe safety rules at all times.
• Enter data accurately into systems and operate scanners efficiently.
• Control documentation in reception and shipping areas.
• Report discrepancies in receipts and shipments to the Import and Export team.
• Coordinate inventory of consumable materials and manage document archiving.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
• Support process improvements for warehouse efficiency.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
