Hitachi Energy USA Inc in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to design and optimize warehouse layouts, streamline processes, and ensure efficient operations. You’ll contribute to maximizing space utilization, improving product flow, and supporting a lean, safety-focused environment.

You’ll collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to maintain smooth operations and accurate documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Minimum high school education required.
• Legal working age in the region.
• Experience with data entry and file management.
• Proficient with portable scanners and SAP system.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and observe safety rules at all times.
• Enter data accurately into systems and operate scanners efficiently.
• Control documentation in reception and shipping areas.
• Report discrepancies in receipts and shipments to the Import and Export team.
• Coordinate inventory of consumable materials and manage document archiving.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
• Support process improvements for warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
