Formación

• Minimum 5 years in warehousing operations.
• Experience in large logistics companies is a plus.

What do you get to do in this position?

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and supply to production lines
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems
• Prepare annual budgets
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
• Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees
• Produce regular reports and statistics (e.g., IN/OUT status, dead stock)
