Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Estado de México region to perform reception support, order fulfillment, and safe handling of packages. You will verify labels, weights, and contents, complete necessary paperwork, and assist with loading, unloading, and palletizing goods.

This role requires basic English, physical fitness, and ability to work varied shifts. FedEx emphasizes safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 55 lbs and move up to 150 lbs with equipment
• Must be able to work variable shifts
• General warehouse knowledge; ramp and warehouse equipment preferred
• Reading, map reading, sorting and math tested in Basic Skills Test

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages.
• Check labeling, weight, size, wrapping, insurance values, and hazardous material requirements.
• Prepare airway bills, delivery records, and vehicle condition reports with accuracy.
• Assist in loading/unloading, palletizing, and arranging products on racks with forklifts where certified.
• Seek additional business from customers and pass leads to Sales Manager when appropriate.
• Inform Station Ops. Manager and Sales of changes in customer/competitor activities.
• Ensure safety equipment use and compliance with FedEx policies and rules.
• Operate company vehicles safely and perform basic maintenance.
• Support in unloading merchandise and validating quality and quantity.
