Vertiv Group en Tijuana busca un Supervisor de Warehousing para el 2º turno. Liderarás un equipo de 10 personas, supervisando la recepción, almacenamiento y expedición de materiales, garantizando la precisión de inventarios y el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad.

Las responsabilidades incluyen kitting de materias primas, seguimiento de inspecciones de clientes para repuestos, gestión de espacio y mantenimiento de registros de calidad y auditoría ISO.

Responsabilidades

• Kitting y entrega de materias primas
• Supervisión general de almacenes: equipo de 10 personas (Recepción – Almacenamiento – Expedición)
• Selección de PR, mantenimiento de datos y seguimiento
• Registro de recepción de piezas compradas
• Inspección del cliente para repuestos
• Actividad de kitting y expedición de materiales de PR
• Registro de adiciones de material y actualizaciones en archivo de escasez
• Gestión de espacio
• Comunicación de información de recepción para materiales volumétricos al equipo
• Registro ISO y auditoría
• Informe de consumo de baterías al oficial de seguridad
• Actividad de chatarra
• Actividad MRN
• Actividad STSO
• Actividad GAR en ausencia de Pathak
• Actividad de rechazo en ausencia de Pathak
• Trabajo de auditoría
• Registro de certificados de prueba de componentes por QA

Brief Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Post - Senior Executive
• Raw Material kitting and issue
• Overall super vison of Stores – team of 10 members (Receipt – Storage – Issue)
• PR shortlist – data maintaining and follow up
• Keeping track on receipt of Bought out parts
• Attending Customer inspection for Spares
• PR – Material kitting and issue activity
• Keeping track on material addition and update the same in line shortage file
• Space Management
• Sharing receipt information for Volumetric material to team
• ISO record and audit
• Battery consumption report to Safety officer
• scrap activity
• MRN activity
• STSO Activity
• GAR activity in absence of Pathak
• rejection activity in absence of Pathak
• Audit work
• Maintaining record for cases where QA has issued Test Certificate of Components
