El candidato ideal tendrá una licenciatura en ingeniería industrial o administración, con al menos 3 años de experiencia en gestión de inventarios y liderazgo de personal. • Coordinar el cumplimiento de pedidos de manera eficiente.
• Optimizar el uso del espacio y recursos del almacén.

Descripción del empleo

As Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the control, organization, and efficiency of logistics operations within the warehouse, ensuring that product receipt, storage, inventory, and dispatch are carried out correctly and in a timely manner, aligned with the operational excellence model.

This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the reception and verification of goods

• Ensure proper storage of products, respecting safety and inventory rotation standards

• Manage and control inventory, minimizing errors and losses

• Coordinate efficient order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Lead and train warehouse staff, maintaining a safe and productive work environment

• Optimize the use of warehouse space and resources

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, bachelor's degree in business administration

• 3 years' experience

• Office package management

• Oracle, WMS and OTM (preferent)

• Knowledge in supply chain

• English B1
