Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager to lead efforts in inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and process optimization. This strategic role is crucial to ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction across various sectors supported by our 3PL operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management using advanced WMS and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan).
  • Apply inventory control methods such as FIFO, LIFO, and FEFO to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through data analysis and system audits.
  • Lead automation initiatives by integrating warehouse technologies (robotics, IoT, automated picking systems).
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, audit requirements, and regulatory policies.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports to track KPIs related to cost, inventory accuracy, and warehouse performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely order fulfillment and ensure SLA compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven background in 3PL, logistics, or high-volume warehouse operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and Excel/data analysis tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO) and regulatory requirements across sectors (e.g., retail, pharma, automotive).
  • Experience with warehouse automation technologies is highly desirable.
  • Solid foundation in supply chain management, logistics, cost control, and operational strategy.
