In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Supervise receiving activities.
- Improve time to receive import materials.
- Report imports discrepancies.
- Maintain a continuous flow of the receiving process.
- Manage, coordinate and complete the cycle count program, analyze discrepancies and establish action plans based on root cause analysis to meet established inventory accuracy goals.
- Manage and coordinate the execution of cyclic inventories of raw material and WIP to meet established goals in inventory variance.
- Coordinate and manage the updating of inventory parameters to components in the Oracle system for the proper functioning of material transactions.
- Coordinate and administer plant material.
- Coordinate and manage logistics and delivery of materials to production lines to avoid production interruptions.
- Manage and control the conservation of components and raw materials.
- Manage the protection of covetable materials in the plant to eliminate economic losses of these materials.
- Provide and follow up on painted material supply plan and material supply to paint line.
- Manage the supply, handle and control indirect materials.
- Lead investigations and responses to inventory discrepancies that impact production lines and their metrics.
- Participate in supplier development.
- Minimize inventory holdings and asset investment.
- Manage the effectiveness of the operation of material supply systems in internal Kanban and two-bin systems by establishing clear responsibilities and ownership. bines by establishing clear responsibilities and ownership in your work team.
- Dispose of obsolete and low moving materials.
- Manage and align with the budget allocated to your business unit.
- Develop career plans for your employees and maintain group motivation.
- Avoid and minimize employee turnover.
- Strengthen and ensure communication with all employees in your unit.
- Participate in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and quality programs.

For This Role, You Will Need:- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
- Master Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Bilingual 90%
- 7 years of experience in similar position.
- Handling master production schedule, inventory control, material management systems, logistics and - Reading comprehension and values in Mexico production scheduling
- Experience Directing business with suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:- Leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
- Desirable Knowledge of lean manufacturing and basic six sigma.
- Decision making and analysis skills based on root cause data.
