PPG is seeking a Warehouse Administrative Auxiliary to ensure inventory integrity and support the billing process for finished goods. You will implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize internal workflows and prepare reporting materials for management.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage inventory, review warehouse inputs/outputs, and handle purchase orders while tracking monthly closings and year-basis inventory reviews.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Education level: Bachelor.
• Excel proficiency with complex functions.
• Knowledge of inventories, billing process and operational systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the internal inventory.
• Review inputs and outputs from warehouse.
• Create and follow up purchase orders of goods and services.
• Report closings monthly.
• Confinement of decreases.
• Inventory semestral.
