PPG is seeking a Warehouse Administrative Auxiliary to ensure inventory integrity and support the billing process for finished goods. You will implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize internal workflows and prepare reporting materials for management.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage inventory, review warehouse inputs/outputs, and handle purchase orders while tracking monthly closings and year-basis inventory reviews.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Education level: Bachelor.
• Excel proficiency with complex functions.
• Knowledge of inventories, billing process and operational systems.

As a Warehouse Administrative Auxiliary, you will be responsible of guarantee the inventory integrity, finished product billing process and responsible of the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to help the internal processes. In this role, you will collect, review, and analyze complex and/or confidential information and creating reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials.

You will be reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the internal inventory.
• Review inputs and outputs from warehouse.
• Creation and follow up purchase orders of goods and services.
• Report closings monthly.
• Confinement of decreases.
• Inventory semestral.

Qualifications

• Previous 1 year experience in similar positions.
• Education level: Bachelor.
• Excel (can perform complex functions).
• Knowledge of inventories, billing process and excellence operative systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle, WMS or similar ERP.
