PPG is seeking a Warehouse Chief in Mexico City to ensure available resources and coordinate the supply chain for distribution with a customer-focused approach. Reporting to the warehouse manager at the Iztacalco distribution center, you will lead teams, optimize inventory, manage budget, and uphold health, safety, and security standards while delivering on-time order fulfillment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory and warehouse management, including management of personnel.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Microsoft Office skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage work teams to meet customer requirements across the supply chain and distribution, promoting continuous improvement.
• Align tasks with strategic goals, monitoring KBIs and performance indicators.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to maintain the required workforce for daily operations, including staffing and recruitment.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards within the distribution center.
• Oversee daily supply chain operations: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and product delivery, ensuring inventory integrity.
