Copeland, a global climate technologies company, seeks a Reynosa onsite warehouse operator. You will coordinate unloading, verify incoming material against packing lists, and manage production line material using FIFO.

Responsibilities include pallet handling, shipment labeling, and assisting production with container movement and machine feeding. Requirements include basic math, 5S, forklift proficiency, and at least 3 months of plant experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or higher.
• Basic mathematics skills.
• 5S workplace organization.
• Proficient with Office and barcode scanner.
• Forklift operation, proven experience.
• Minimum 3 months of plant tenure; no recent disciplinary actions; internal candidates preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and plan material unloading.
• Verify received material against packing lists.
• Coordinate receipt of consumables, equipment and spare parts; hand over to responsible personnel.
• Ensure FIFO-based material supply to production lines.
• Coordinate rack replenishment and transfer physical and system material for production.
• Verify correct packing and labeling for shipments; load onto transport.
• Support production lines with container movement and machine feeding.

Asegurar la Verificación del material recibido contra los listados de empaque (Número de Parte, Cantidad).Coordinar los Recibos de materiales consumibles, equipos y refacciones; entrega de los mismos al personal correspondiente.**Almacén*** Asegurar el Surtido de Material a las líneas de Producción considerando el sistema PEPS (Primeras Entradas, Primeras Salidas)* Coordinar Surtimiento de los Racks de las áreas de Kan-Ban, llevar el control de las cantidades y notificar los cortos.* Realizacion de Transferencias físicas y por sistema del material productivo con su respectivo formato.* Control de los materiales en todas sus etapas (cantidades, integridad, etiquetado, protección contra la corrosión).* Soporte a las líneas de Producción (Movimiento de contenedores, alimentación de algunas máquinas, movimiento de tarimas, etc.).**Embarques*** Asegurar y Verificar que el material esté debidamente empacado, identificado y cargarlo en el transporte según corresponda.* Preparación física del embarque de producto terminado incluyendo proceso de etiquetado.* Trabajo con empaque final en casos requeridos.* Trabajo con Calidad para la inspección de los materiales.* Carga del producto de acuerdo a la tabla de distribución **Requisitos:*** Preparatoria terminada en adelante* Matematicas Basicas* 5s* Manejo de paquete Office y scanner* Manejo de Montacargas-Comprobable* Antiguedad minima 3 meses en planta , no reportes disciplinarios ultimos 3 meses ( Candidatos internos)**Our Commitment to Our People**Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
