Copeland busca personal para manufactura de compresores en su planta de Reynosa, MX. Se requiere disponibilidad para rotar turnos y al menos 3 meses en maquiladora. Se valora experiencia en trabajo en equipo y habilidades de comunicación con supervisores.

Se trabajará en turno C (viernes, sábado y domingo) de 7:30 am a 20:30 pm, con necesidad de flexibilidad para horas extra y prácticas de seguridad estrictas. Se prioriza comportamiento ético y seguridad personal en la operación.

Formación

• Disponibilidad para rotar entre turnos conforme a la empresa.
• Al menos 3 meses de experiencia en maquiladora.
• Habilidad para comunicarse con su equipo y con supervisores.
• Experiencia trabajando en equipo.
• Disponibilidad para laborar tiempo extra cuando se requiera.
• No tener antecedentes de dopaje o alcohol en otros empleos.
• Conocimientos y enfoque en seguridad personal y en operación.
• Comportamiento ético dentro de la empresa.
• Contratación para turno C (viernes, sábado y domingo) de 7:30 a 20:30 h.

Responsabilidades

• Trabajar en la manufactura de compresores en maquiladora Copeland.
• Colaborar con supervisores y compañeros de turno.
• Cumplir normas de seguridad y control de calidad.
• Apoyar en la continuidad de la producción durante el turno C.
