Charger logistics Inc. is seeking a Building Maintenance role in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of building maintenance experience, preferably in a warehouse/logistics.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and building codes.
• Intermediate English is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting; troubleshoot and repair.
• Conduct facility inspections and enforce safety regulations and codes.
• Repair and maintain warehouse equipment like forklifts and conveyors; assist with setup and testing.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize disruption.
