Hitachi Energy USA INC in Reynosa/McAllen is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to help design and optimize warehouse layouts, streamline processes, and ensure efficient operations.

You will maximize space utilization, improve product flow, and support a lean, safety-focused environment while collaborating with supervisors to maintain accurate documentation and drive continuous improvement.

This role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Minimum high school education and legal working age.
• Experience in data entry and file management.
• Proficiency with portable scanners.
• Knowledge of inventory counts and SAP system.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and observe safety rules at all times.
• Enter data accurately into systems and operate scanners.
• Control documentation in reception and shipping areas.
• Report discrepancies in receipts and shipments to the Import and Export team.
• Coordinate inventory of consumable materials and manage document archiving.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
• Support process improvements for warehouse efficiency.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
