Formación

• Mínimo 5 años en operaciones de almacenes y logística.
• Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos sindicalizados.
• Deseable experiencia en plantas de consumo masivo o de bebidas.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinar las operaciones de almacenes de productos terminados, materiales industriales y depósitos fiscales.
• Supervisar el cumplimiento eficiente de procesos de recepción y despacho.
• Garantizar la precisión e integralidad del inventario en todos los almacenes.

Descripción del empleo

Bacardi is seeking a candidate to ensure the efficient, safe, and high-level service operation of finished product warehouses, industrial materials, and fiscal deposits, guaranteeing inventory traceability, effective inbound and outbound process execution, and the development of the operational unionized team.

Propósito del Rol

This role is key to maintaining logistical performance that supports national distribution, exports, and operations with copackers, aligned with Bacardi's standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Coordinate the operations of finished product warehouses, industrial materials, and fiscal deposits.
• Supervise and ensure the efficient compliance of reception and dispatch processes for national distribution, exports, and copackers.
• Guarantee inventory accuracy and traceability in all warehouses, minimizing differences and losses.
• Lead and motivate the unionized team (approximately 40 people), promoting disciplinary compliance, safety, and professional development.
• Collaborate with Human Resources for continuous training, skill development, and work climate.
• Work transversally with Finance for budgetary control of the area and identification of operational savings opportunities.
• Ensure the execution of continuous improvement plans, operational efficiency, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Distribution to guarantee superior service levels above 98%.

Perfil Requerido

Educación

• Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related career.

Experiencia

• Minimum 5 years in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Proven experience leading unionized teams.
• Desirable experience in mass consumption or beverage plants.

Conocimientos Técnicos

• Warehouse and supply chain management.
• SAP (WM/MM), advanced Excel, WMS systems.
• Fiscal warehouse legislation and operation (desirable).
