Zebra Technologies seeks a Business Process Analyst to ensure integrity and efficiency of internal processes. You will drive cross-functional projects across Mexico, the US, and other regions, delivering value to customers and partners.

Strong communication is required to manage stakeholders globally. Responsibilities include Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, root cause analyses, and documenting new processes while coordinating with global teams and customers.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced English level with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams in process improvement efforts.
  • Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives (Lean or Six Sigma).
  • Identify opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiency in the assigned business unit.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of process failures.
  • Document agreements and draft new/updated business processes.
  • Understand upstream, downstream, and work tools' impacts and minimize them.
  • Perform cost and benefit analyses.
  • Measure and report on the success of new/revised processes in the business unit.
