A leading manufacturing company in Tultitlán seeks a Warehouse Analyst to manage operational resources and ensure compliance with KPIs and workplace culture. Candidates should possess a degree in engineering or business and have at least 2 years of experience. Knowledge in Oracle, WMS, and OTM is desirable. Descripción del empleo

As a Warehouse Analyst, you will ensure the achievement of strategic objectives according to the delivery plan established by management through the management of operational resources using operational excellence systems, quality management, and EHS standards.

Responsibilities

• You will manage operational staff according to established procedures
• Ensure compliance with KPIs & KBIs
• Promote a workplace culture aligned with organizational values
• Manage, control, and guarantee all operational resources according to area demands across different shifts
• Administer personnel based on the established staffing plan using platforms assigned by our company (WorkDay/Kronos/PeoplePulse)
• Sustain operational excellence systems and tools
• Analyze performance data, reports, and prepare weekly and monthly presentations for supervisors, managers, and directors
• Develop projects aligned with Lean Manufacturing
• Ensure regulatory compliance, manage training courses, and work with EHS
• Follow global processes to meet EHS standards

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Bachelor's in Business Administration, or related
• 2 years of experience
• Basic English proficiency
• Availability for occasional travel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Desirable knowledge of Oracle, WMS, and OTM
