Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner seeking a Warehouse Analyst for the Juarez South Site. The role supports material planning and delivers products on time with minimal downtime, reporting to the Sr. Warehouse Manager.

Candidate must have a BA/BS or equivalent, warehouse experience with hourly staff, and strong English and communication skills. Certifications in logistics or Lean Six Sigma are a plus. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
• Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Analyst located in Juarez South Site. Reporting to the Sr. Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Analyst role involves working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of the final product, with zero downtime.

What a typical day looks like:

• Supervise that deadlines are met.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
