Flex is seeking a Warehouse Analyst for its Juarez South Site to support on-time, efficient product deliveries and zero downtime. You will work with materials and planning teams under the Sr. Warehouse Manager to optimize workflows and supervise daily operations.

The role requires managing hourly staff, enforcing warehouse policies, and driving loss-prevention initiatives while collaborating across departments and with drivers to ensure smooth logistics.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees.
• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
• English strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise that deadlines are met.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary.
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
• Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
• Certifications in logistics, inventory management, or relevant areas (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional, Lean Six Sigma).

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Analyst located in Juarez South Site.

Reporting to the Sr. Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Analyst role involves working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of the final product, with zero downtime.

What a typical day looks like:

• Supervise that deadlines are met.
